About the Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup dates (blended into paste)
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons cashew butter or 1/4 cup raw cashews (soaked in water for about 30 minutes)
3 Tablespoons almond butter
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
Ground almond for rolling, optional
Preparation
Blend dates into paste. Then add all ingredients in blender until well blended and smooth. If it is too dry add 1 tablespoon of water.
Roll in finely crushed almonds, if desired.
